About the brotherhood

Sons of Scripture is a Christian men's ministry based in Hamilton and Grimsby, Ontario. It exists to call men to maturity, truth and obedience to Jesus Christ through Scripture, prayer, brotherhood and accountability, and it gathers them every Saturday evening rather than running events. It is not a church and does not replace one.
We exist to awaken men to Jesus Christ, ground them in Scripture, and build a brotherhood marked by prayer, accountability and Kingdom life.

Who leads Sons of Scripture?
Sons of Scripture is led by Trevor Stuckless, a licensed minister with Global Christian Ministry Forum Canada (GCMF Canada). He was licensed on 28 August 2026.
What the licence is
GCMF Canada is a Canadian network of Christian ministers, ministries and churches, incorporated in 1983, that issues ministerial credentials. Before a licence is issued, the candidate is examined and approved by one of its district coordinators and must meet the standard for church leaders set out in 1 Timothy 3.
Who he answers to
The licence is renewed every year with a written report of the ministry, and it stays in force only while a godly life and an active ministry are maintained. GCMF Canada can recall it. The men in the room are led by someone who is accountable to other ministers, not only to himself.
What it does not cover
A licence is not ordination. GCMF Canada registers only ordained ministers to solemnise marriages, so Sons of Scripture does not perform weddings. It remains a men's ministry that serves alongside the local church, not a church of its own.
