Refund & Returns Policy

At Sons of Scripture, we aim to provide meaningful resources and quality products that support our ministry work.
Because we are a not-for-profit organization, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.
1. Donations
All donations made through our website are voluntary and non-refundable.
Donation receipts are issued in compliance with Canadian not-for-profit standards.
If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us immediately so we can review the matter.
2. Merchandise Purchases
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds or exchanges may be considered in the following cases:
- The product arrives defective or damaged.
- You receive the wrong item in error.
Requests for a refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags/packaging.
